How do I check availability?
To view availability, simply click here or on any of our ‘Book Now” buttons. You will be redirected to Nightbridge to see the available dates.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is anytime from 2pm.
Check out is anytime before 10am.
How equipped is the kitchen?
As our cabin runs off solar power there is no oven or microwave, but there is a 2 plate gas stove as well as a fridge / freezer. We have everything else you will need during your stay including:
- 2 litres of drinking water
- coffee pods
- 2 x pizza bases
- salt & pepper
- sugar
- olive oil
- tea
- milk
- rusks
- 6x eggs
What else do you supply?
Bedding, bath towels, swimming towels, cutlery, crockery, braai grid, tong and potjie, braai wood (we recommend bringing an extra bag), charcoal, blitz and lighter, picnic blanket and basket, toilet paper, Bluetooth Speaker, Binoculars, Bird Watching Book, Quad Bikes.
What should we bring?
Food, treats, drinks, extra water, extra wood / charcoal, extra ice, swimming kit, hiking hit, hats and sunscreen.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes! Please bring along your furry friends, at an additional fee of R50 per day.
Do you offer midweek or long stay discounts?
No, we do however offer midweek rates – Midweek R2500/night (weekend rates R3000/night)
Do I need a 4x4 to access the retreat?
No
Are kids allowed?
Yes, if they are under 12y they can stay free of charge. However, we don’t supply extra linen/camps cots etc.
Is there WiFi / cell reception?
There is no cell reception, however we have WiFi at the cabin.
How do I purchase the art in the cabin?
Please get in touch with your host and we will make the necessary arrangements with the artist. Art is made to order.
